Dear Ms. John:
Congratulations on being selected as a Presidential Elector.
When political parties certify their Presidential candidate to the Secretary of State, the list of electors with contact information will be included.
If your political party’s Presidential candidate receives the most votes in our state, we will send a packet of information to all the party’s electors when the General Election results are certified. The deadline for certifying the General Election is December 8, 2016, but we hope to schedule the certification before then.
Electors will meet on December 19 in Olympia to cast votes in the Electoral College.
That is all the information I have to share with you at this time. More information may be available after the November 8th General Election.
